Representation

Representation is the activity of bringing a player or club together with another party for the negotiation or conclusion of a sports-related contract.

The mandate, permitted activity, remuneration and documentation of the role are central. A representation agreement should state for whom the agent acts and which service is owed. The subject belongs in the agents and intermediaries section.
